Parametric Revit – Frameless and Framed Doors with Concealed Hinges (LOD 400)
This collection includes parametric framed doors with concealed hinges and frameless doors with concealed hinges, all designed at a Level of Detail (LOD 400).
The goal of this set is to provide precise control over door components, deliver** professional presentations in Phase 2 of design**, and produce higher-quality, more realistic renderings in projects.
For ease of use, a lighter version of the doors with LOD 200 is also included in the file.

Dimensions
Full control over the following parameters:
• Door opening height and width (Height / Width)
• Panel height and width (H. Panel / W. Panel)
• Door opening angle (Opening Angle)
• Handle height from floor (H. Handle)
• Panel start height from floor (Sill Height)
• Hinge position from floor (Hinge Down)
When the door dimensions change, the number and position of hinges automatically adjust.

You can define materials for all door components:
• Interior and exterior panels
• Handle
• Frame
• Walls connected to the frame (interior and exterior)
• Hinges
• Lock frame and Deadbolt

Visibility
• Ability to choose from** five handle types** (Bedroom and Bathroom)
• Option to** show or hide** one or both of the walls adjacent to the frame (filler walls and main wall)
• In Fine view mode, all door and component details are shown
• In** Coarse/Medium** view modes, the model is simplified for faster performance

In the** Visibility** settings, you can choose between two types of interior frames:
• Frame flush with the panel
• Frame flush with the interior wall
